Install TeacherPadPlus and Classroom

On the Teacher tagged devices, tap ESP icon and proceed the following: Login with ESP Teacher / Admin account. The new teacher landing will be shown Tap Install button to install TeacherPadPlus and/or Classroom, wait until installation completes.
